A nice selection of 'weather'.

This die gives the GM the option to throw in some 'color' to the game-world without having to do too much heavy lifting. It has a nice selection of common weather (Viridian also has an 'extreme weather' die as well). For those folks that like to keep their 'world-building' simple, this is a good option. Just roll the die, announce the weather conditions and move on. If a particular situation is affected by the weather, great. If not, it didn't require a lot of effort to inject 'weather' into the game so not much time or energy was wasted. I like light-weight aleatory systems that give both the GM and the players 'space' to move around in and make choices. Dice like this fit the bill.

Got these for hexcrawls, both solo and when running OSE for friends. I can't wait to just roll this every in-game morning to say what the sky is looking like. I really dig the old-school off-white color I chose. Great size! Fun to have something different (and nice that it still functions as a d12).
